We have a panel of preferred builders who offer great builds, all-fixed priced and full turnkey. Building with MHMC in your corner gives you confidence that your build will complete on time, without additional costs and with full support.
Role:
Construct dwellings, lodge building applications and provide any construction, documentation required to deliver a fully build home.
How They Help:
Provide and ensure all works is insured, liaise with council and other authorities to provide a fully compliant construction and ensures that the work meets quality standards.

At MHMC we also help our clients explore financing options and work with mortgage brokers or lenders to achieve the best financing option in the marketplace adapted to individual needs.

At MHMC we have access to “OFF MARKET” opportunities. We can match our clients’ criteria and provide customized properties as required. By narrowing down options we save time, save money, and eliminate homes that don’t meet our client’s needs.
3. Market insights & pricing advice
We can provide a CMA to help determine if a property price and also determine what your existing home is worth for our investor clients.
4. Managing the transaction process
MHMC coordinates with your lender and broker to ensure your transaction is smooth and coordinated. We'll alsoe assist with all the documentation required to settle your transaction right through construction and through to handover. You will be fully supported from start to finish.
5. Post-sale support
After land settlement, we may provide advice or resources for settling into the new home. MHMC has a network of trusted contractors, movers, and service providers that can assist in your after care.
